Workshop
Interactive, comprehensive sessions ranging from 30-60 minutes that cover everything you need to know about menstrual cups: what they are, how to use them and their benefits. Available in English and/or Spanish and virtually via Zoom if needed.
Tabling Event
A flexible, drop-in option perfect for health fairs and community events. Our educators provide one-on-one demos, answer questions, and distribute free menstrual cups and educational materials. Available in English and/or Spanish.
Staff Training
Tailored sessions for staff, ambassadors or peer advocates to build understanding, address common concerns, and equip staff to support cup users with confidence. Available in English and/or Spanish and virtually via Zoom if needed.
